You must submit a catch return after fishing!

Nil returns are required. Submit one form for each location you fish. 

If you catch more than twenty five fish of one species please complete a second form. EG If you caught forty Grayling the first form states twenty five grayling  and the second form states fifteen grayling. 

It only takes a minute of your time to complete the form. Help us to manage the river. Please ensure that you submit a return.
